Elsten has chosen BOOM to debut his new video “Closer Tonight”, the first single from his new album “Waiting For Clouds”. Elsten Torres, also known as Fulano, leader of the Latin rock band Fulano de Tal, who in the 90s was part of the Miami movement of alternative music. Elsten then devoted himself to writing songs for other artists, in English and Spanish, reaching reputation and prestige as an author. His songs have been recorded by Alejandra Guzmán, Luis Fonsi, Michael Stuart, Obie Bermudez, Julio Iglesias Jr. and more. In 2007 he was nominated for a Grammy Latino American Alternative Rock category with the album “Individual”.
In recent years Elsten has released two albums in English, his native language, “If You Say So” 2008, and “Waiting for Clouds”, 2012.
Born in Cuba, raised in New York, living in Miami nearly two decades.

Elsten Torres, también conocido como Fulano, líder de la banda de rock latino Fulano de Tal, que en los años 90 fue parte de la movida de Miami. Posteriormente se dedicó a componer canciones para otros artistas, en inglés y español, alcanzando renombre y prestigio como autor. Sus canciones han sido grabadas por Alejandra Guzmán, Luis Fonsi, Michael Stuart, Obie Bermúdez, Julio Iglesias Jr. y más. En 2007 estuvo nominado al GRAMMY americano en categoria Rock Latino Alternativo con el álbum “Individual”.
En los últimos años Elsten ha editado dos discos en inglés, su primera lengua, “If You Say So” de 2008, y “Waiting For CLouds”, de 2012.
