Two multi-Grammy Award winning groups: TOTO and PAT BENATAR & NEIL GIRALDO will team up this summer for a run of shows in North America. Three co-headline appearances are being announced this morning: Los Angeles (The Greek – August 27th), New York (Beacon Theatre – September 14th) and Peachtree City (Frederick Brown Amphitheatre – September 10th). Many more dates will be announced shortly. Tickets for these first three shows will go on sale later this week.
“I’ve known Neil a long time and he’s a fantastic musician,” Toto’s Steve Lukather commented. “Pat’s voice is one of the all time greats and we’re super excited to join together with them to do some shows this summer.”

Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo are a powerhouse duo. Since 1979, Benatar and Giraldo have formed one of the most successful partnerships in music history.
During their nearly four-decade career, they have won an unprecedented, four consecutive Grammy awards as well as three American Music awards.
Their undeniable chemistry, Benatar’s mezzo-soprano vocal range and Giraldo’s trail blazing work as a producer, guitarist and songwriter created some of rock’s most memorable hits. These include, “Promises in the Dark”, “Hell is For Children”, We Live For Love”, “Love Is A Battlefield”, “Hit me with Your Best Shot” and “We Belong.”
Earlier this year, they recorded “Shine”, a new song written with Linda Perry, celebrating women’s rights around the world.
Their rock and roll love affair has endured for 38 years and they continue to tour every year, wowing audiences everywhere.
With close to 40 years together and literally thousands of credits, including the biggest selling album of all time: Michael Jackson’s Thriller, and accolades to their names, TOTO remains one of the top selling touring and recording acts in the world.
In 2015, Toto released their first new studio album in ten years – TOTO XIV. The album exhibited world-class musicianship, masterful arrangements, topical lyrical commentary, and melodies that the collective talents of Lukather, Paich, Porcaro, Williams and their assembled band-mates brought to life. It debuted Top 10 in nine countries around the world and became their most successful album since 1988 in the U.S. and UK.
In 2016 they released the Blu-Ray/DVD title Live At Montreux which quickly charted Top Five or better around the globe as well. With the band’s 40th Anniversary coming up in 2018, TOTO has major plans in the works to celebrate their enduring career.
