The winner of multiple GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMYs awards, singer-songwriter and producer, Tommy Torres, today releases his highly anticipated single “Atado Entre Tus Manos” alongside “Best new artist” winner at the Latin American Music Awards and three-time nominated Latin GRAMMYs artist, Sebastian Yatra. The song, written by Tommy and Sebastian, captures you from start to finish with the lyrics and the romanticism that characterizes both artists. As of today, the song is available on all digital platforms.
The video was filmed in Mar del Plata, Argentina under the artistic direction of Joaquín Cambre. With a background of the sea and taking care of every detail of the recording, the video is very emotional and transmits everything that Tommy and Sebastian wanted to share with their fans.
“From the beginning, we knew that the filming of the video was going to be very ambitious. We wanted everyone to feel the nostalgia of a lonely and cold beach, that’s why we decided to shoot in Mar del Plata during winter. Filming in black and white, also, added a lot to the nostalgia of the video. I am a super fan of the work of the photographer Herb Ritts. Our director, Joaquin Cambre, was able to achieve a hybrid between the timeless nostalgia of black and white, with the ultra-definition and contrast of modern cameras; something very similar to what I tried to create in the studio with the combination of the classic piano with modern sounds and colors.”- commented Tommy Torres.
The colors of black and white became the protagonists of both Tommy’s and Sebastian’s social media for the past weeks with images in the tonalities of the music video. This strategy managed to impact all of their followers who also started to post black and white images in their respective social media networks.

“La filmación del video fue muy ambiciosa desde el principio. Al querer tener la nostalgia de una playa solitaria y fría, nos decidimos por filmar en Mar del Plata en época de invierno. Soy súper fan del trabajo del fotógrafo Herb Ritts y nuestro director Joaquin Cambre consiguió un híbrido entre la nostalgia atemporal del blanco y negro, con la ultra definición y contraste de las cámaras modernas. Algo parecido a lo que trabajé en el estudio, combinando lo clásico de un piano de pared, con sonidos y colores modernos”, expresó Tommy Torres.
Los colores blanco y negro se convirtieron en protagonistas de la antesala de este grandioso tema al transformar las redes sociales de ambos artistas por las pasadas semanas con imágenes en las tonalidades del video musical.
