On what looked like a routinely interview for a magazine, our magazine, BOOM, an independent Hispanic music publication, established in Miami 15 years ago, Eros kindly answered questions to Kike Posada, the Publisher, who was accompanied y a translator.
Basically the reason for the interview was to promotehis live concert in this city the onlydate in the US for 2010, next May 14 at the James L Knight Center.
The interview went very well, and Eros even joked several times over different issues. That, day, April 20th, the interview was uploaded to BOOM Magazines channel in YouTube and other outlets.
It seems like Eros saw the interview and didn’t like it, so he ordered it to be removed from all outlets.
The question is, who owns the content of this interview? The artist knows he was being recorded, should he stop something that has already become public?

Lo que parecía ser una entrevista normal, a propósito de su presentación en Miami el próximo 15 de mayo, en el James L Knight Center de Miami, el artista italiano concedió unos minutos a esta publicación, BOOM Magazine, radicada en la Ciudad del Sol hace 15 años.
Eros, amablemente, y de muy buen humor, respondió a las preguntas que Kike Posada, fundador de la revista hacía acompañado de una intérprete.
La entrevista transcurrió en forma agradable e incluso el cantante hizo chistes en más de una ocasión.
Ese día, el 20 de abril, el video de dicha entrevista fue subido a YouTube y distintas plataformas de video donde BOOM Magazine tiene cuenta.
Parece ser que algo no le gustó a Eros y pidió que el video fuera removido aduciendo “Copyright Infringement” o derechos de autor.
La pregunta es, ¿A quién pertenecen los derechos de autor cuando unas declaraciones se hacen a un medio de comunicación con previo consentimiento?
Eros sabía que estaba siendo grabado… puede el detener algo que ya se ha hecho público?
