Anxiety on an expected reunion tears everything apart and becomes a song in the talented hands of the No Te Va Gustar band. Entitled “Alba” (Dawn), the Uruguayan band led by Emiliano Brancciari presents this song in a single for its successful album “El Tiempo Otra Vez Avanza”.
The video clip was recorded live in April 2015 at the Velez Stadium in Buenos Aires, with the special appearance of Fito Cabrales, from Fito & Fitipaldis, the well-known Spanish band that opened for No Te Va Gustar in the two mass- attended concerts that officially opened the band’s international tour #ViajandoSinEspada.
Last year the band already toured a good part of Latin America, the U.S.A. and Spain, and the tour continues gathering strength in 2016. The band recently offered a series of concerts in Argentina, among which the Festival Cosquín Rock in Córdoba stands out; they also traveled through Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. On Sunday April 24 they closed an important Mexican tour in the Vive Latino Festival gathering an attendance of 18000 people and gaining outstanding press reviews. The band will return to Mexico in June and November and recently confirned tour dates in in Colombia, Chile and the U.S.A.
“El Tiempo Otra Vez Avanza” is the band’s eighth studio album. Produced by Joe Blaney, the album offers a firm and elegant rock sound, a compact and expansive musicality. The crowd is held by the lyrics, which also invite one to let go! The material received unbeatable reviews from the specialized press; and in 2014 it was chosen for the iTunes and Rhapsody stores’ selected editorials. The album also exceeded the Platinum Disc status in Argentina and Uruguay, and was nominated for Best Rock Album in the LatinGrammy awards.

La ansiedad de un esperado reencuentro rompe con todo y se vuelve canción en manos de No Te Va Gustar. Bajo el título de “Alba” la banda uruguaya liderada por Emiliano Brannciari presenta este tema como nuevo corte de difusión de su exitoso álbum “El Tiempo Otra Vez Avanza”.
El videoclip fue registrado en vivo en el Estadio Vélez de Buenos Aires en Abril de 2015 y cuenta con la colaboración especial de Fito Cabrales, de Fito & Fitipaldis, la celebrada banda española que abrió para No Te Va Gustar los dos estadios que dispararon oficialmente el tour internacional #ViajandoSinEspada, ante más de 70 mil personas.
La gira ya recorrió buena parte de Latinoamérica, Estados Unidos y España el año pasado y continúa con fuerza en 2016. Recientemente la banda ofreció una serie de conciertos en Argentina, entre los que destaca el cierre del Festival Cosquín Rock de Córdoba; más Uruguay, Bolivia y Paraguay. Y el domingo 24 de Abril concluyó en el Festival Vive Latino una importante gira por México, fue una presentación brillante que cosechó múltiples elogios por parte de la prensa especializada y congregó a más de 18 mil personas. El grupo regresará al país azteca en el mes de Junio y tiene conciertos confirmados en Colombia, Chile y Estados Unidos.
“El Tiempo Otra Vez Avanza” es el octavo disco de estudio de No Te Va Gustar. Con producción de Joe Blaney, plantea un rock firme y elegante, de sonido compacto y musicalidad expansiva con letras sensibles que abrazan la catarsis e invitan a estallar. El material obtuvo inmejorables críticas por parte de la prensa especializada, integrando en 2014 las selecciones editoriales de las tindas iTunes y Rhapsody US. Además, supero el status de Disco de Platino en Argentina y Uruguay y fue nominado en los Latin Grammys como Mejor Album de Rock.
