“Esos Ojos” es el nuevo sencillo de No Te Va Gustar del disco Otras Canciones. Editado en abril de este año y siendo el disparador de una gira que ya lleva más de 60 conciertos en la región -en su gran mayoría con entradas agotadas-, el último disco de NTVG ha probado ser una clara muestra del status de la banda en Latinoamérica.
El disco acústico que repasa parte de los 25 años de carrera del grupo, encuentra en Esos Ojos la única canción inédita del álbum. En palabras de Emiliano Brancciari: “Esos ojos es una canción que fue quedando relegada en varios de nuestros discos…la olvidamos por unos años y en Otras Canciones encontró su lugar y su forma, le encontramos el arreglo definitivo y creímos que era el momento de mostrarla y grabarla”.
La letra de la canción toca el tema de las últimas dictaduras militares en el Río de la Plata, y le habla directo a los responsables del daño irreparable que le hicieron a la sociedad. Musicalmente Esos Ojos representa el sello más característico de la canción rock que a NTVG le sale tan bien y que conecta de forma directa con su público.

The only previously unreleased song from the album “Otras Canciones – 25 Years Tour“”Esos Ojos” is the newest single release of the album Otras Canciones by NoTeVaGustar. The album was released in April of this year and sparked a tour that has already presented more than 60 concerts in their region (mostly sold out). NTVG‘s latest album has proven to be a clear sign of the band’s prestige in Latin America.
The acoustic album, which revisits part of the group’s 25-year music career, features Esos Ojos, the only unreleased song from the album. In the words of Emiliano Brancciari: Esos Ojos is a song that was left out for many of our albums… and that we forgot about for a few years, but has finally found its place and form in Otras Canciones. We found the definitive musical arrangement and we thought it was time to reveal it and record it.
The lyrics of the song touch the subject of the latest military dictatorships in the Rio de la Plata, and speak directly to those responsible for the irreparable damage done to society. Musically,Esos Ojos embodies the classic rock song characteristic that NTVG is known for and that connects directly with their public.
