This week, multiple Nacional Records and Cookman International artists will be performing at both SXSW in Austin and Vive Latino in Mexico City.
Both Kinky and Ozomatli have official showcases at SXSW on Saturday March 16th. Kinky will be performing new music from their most recent Latin GRAMMY-nominated album “Sueño de la Maquina”
Nacional Records is proud to have 8 bands performing at Vive Latino, which is also taking pace this weekend. With more than 150,000 attendees over 4 days and 80 bands from across Latin America, plus global artists like Morrissey, Blur, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vive Latino is one of the largest music festival in the world.
Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are headlining the final night of Vive Latino, Sunday, while Los Autenticos Decadentes headline on Friday night. Also performing are Nortec Collective presents Bostich + Fussible, Los Amigos Invisibles, Señor Flavio, Alex Anwandter, Los Macuanos and Banda de Turistas.Kinky @ Mexican American Cultural Center
