Today, GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY nominated band, Locos Por Juana, are premiering their latest single “Te Quiero Ver” featuring Beto, exclusively on global music and entertainment platform, TIDAL.

Locos por Juana’s new dance track, “Te Quiero Ver”, is a collaboration with Zumba’s Global network and features its dynamic creative founder, Beto Pérez. The Cumbia/Caribbean rhythmic track is a smash hit worldwide and has become a global phenomenon as evidenced by the thousands of videos uploaded by fans.

About what inspired the song Itawe (Lead singer) explained: “The song was inspired by our collective backgrounds and experiences of being Colombian, including Beto’s, as he was able to join us in the studio to create this track. It is also based on movement and dance, rooted in Afro Caribbean, Afro Colombian rhythms and yes, Cumbia as well.”

“Te Quiero Ver” featuring Beto has gone viral thanks to dancers from all over the world who have posted their own choreographies and performances that have been shared on Locos por Juana’s, Beto’s and Zumba’s social media. Dancers from every corner of the globe, from the pyramids of Egypt, to the Dead Sea in Jordan, Icebergs in Russia, a police battalion in Bogota Colombia, to Santiago de Cuba, to Siberia, France, Turkey, Spain and the famous steps of Rio de Janeiro, and many more that have been shared via social media using the #tequierover hashtag making the track a bonafide global viral phenomenon.

Previously the bilingual band partnered with TIDAL for their “Giving Solar Light To Puerto Rico” campaign to raise awareness about the conditions in Puerto Rico and provide additional aid and recovery. Additionally, Locos Por Juana released their remixed single and music video to one of their titled tracks, “Pal’ Caribe” ft. Akae Beka (Midnite).
