José José Recibirá El Living Legend Award & Será Honrado Con Un Tributo Póstumo
La Celebración Contará Con La Presencia De Grandes Estrellas Como: Ivy Queen, Kany García, Willie Colón, Pitbull, Elvis Crespo, Pablo Montero, Entre Muchos Otros, Quienes Iluminarán El Escenario Del James L. Knight Center De Miami El Próximo 24 De Octubre
El Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame (LSHOF) se encuentra orgulloso de anunciar hoy a sus nuevos homenajeados para la 7ma entrega anual de LA MUSA AWARDS 2019.
El artista cubano-americano, productor, y superestrella internacional ganador de múltiples premios Pitbull, será honrado con el Icon Award, mientras que el prominente compositor y productor de música regional mexicana Luciano Luna, recibirá el Conqueror Award y será celebrado con una presentación musical a cargo de la Banda Fortuna. El guitarrista, productor, y compositor ganador del Grammy y del Latin Grammy, Dan Warner, quien falleció el pasado 4 de septiembre, será premiado póstumamente con el Founders Award. Además, “Suavemente”, el himno de fiesta de Elvis Crespo que se convirtiera en un éxito internacional llegando a la posición #1 y que obtuvo una nominación al Grammy, será reconocido con el Song of All Time Award.
Estos homenajeados se unen a un grupo estelar que fue anunciado previamente, el cual incluye a la estrella puertorriqueña Kany García quien será premiada con el Elena Casals La Musa Award, a el Presidente y Director Ejecutivo de Universal Music para Latinoamérica y la Península Ibérica Jesús López se le otorgará el Desi Arnaz Pioneer Award, mientras que el Presidente de Kobalt Music Latin America Nestor Casonu será honrado con el Ralph S. Peer Publisher Award.
El legendario ícono mexicano José José, quien falleció el 28 de septiembre, será reconocido póstumamente con el Living Legend Award, y será homenajeado con un tributo que incluirá presentaciones especiales por parte de el cantante y actor Pablo Montero, además de otras sorpresas.
La ceremonia y la gala de LA MUSA AWARDS 2019 se llevarán a cabo el 24 de octubre en el James L. Knight Center de Miami. El evento lleno de estrellas honrará al grupo de ingresados de este año: la puertorriqueña pionera del reggaeton Ivy Queen (“Quiero Bailar,” “Que Lloren”); el legendario ícono musical puertorriqueño, Willie Colón (“Aguanile,” “La Murga,” “Sin Poderte Hablar”); el compositor, músico, productor y cantante brasileño Michael Sullivan (“Um Dia De Domingo,” “Me Dê Motivo”); el compositor y cantante argentino Chico Novarro (“Algo Contigo,” “Cantata a Buenos Aires”); y el compositor, pianista, y arreglista cubano Armando Larrinaga (“Un Millón de Rosas,” “Me Estoy Enamorando,” “Vida”).

José José Will Receive The Living Legend Award & Will Be Honored With A Posthumous Tribute
Star-studded line up including Ivy Queen, Kany García, Willie Colón, Pitbull, Elvis Crespo, Pablo Montero and more, will light up the stage on October 24th at the James L. Knight Center in Miami.
The Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame (LSHOF) is proud to announce their new honorees for the upcoming 7th annual 2019 LA MUSA AWARDS.
Award-winning Cuban-American entertainer, producer and international superstar Pitbull will be presented with the Icon Award, while prominent regional Mexican songwriter and producer Luciano Luna will be given the Conqueror Award and will be honored with a tribute performance by Banda Fortuna. American Grammy Award and Latin Grammy Award-winning guitarist, producer and songwriter Dan Warner, who passed away on September 4, will be posthumously awarded the Founders Award. In addition, Elvis Crespo’s Grammy-nominated international party anthem and #1 hit “Suavemente” will be recognized with the Song of All Time Award.
These honorees join the stellar group that was previously announced, which includes Puerto Rican star Kany García, who will receive the Elena Casals La Musa Award; Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Universal Music Latin America and Iberian Peninsula Jesús López, who will be given the Desi Arnaz Pioneer Award; and President for Kobalt Music Latin America Nestor Casonu, who will be awarded the Ralph S.
