Eros Ramazzotti presented VITA CE N’È to media into the prestigious “Sala della Balla” at Castello Sforzesco during Milan Music Week 2018, a week of meetings, discussions and showcases in collaboration with Fimi and Assomusica.

VITA CE N’È, the fifteenth studio album, is a positive record, where “love is at the centre of all the optimism in which we can all still believe.” An album project filled with new collaborations and featuring international stars.

The first is the winner of the Best New Artist at the GRAMMY Awards 2018, at the top of the world ranking of most popular artists on Spotify, Alessia Cara with whom he duets on Vale per sempre, a declaration of love that does not fear time. “It’s a dream come true,”said Cara “I am so happy to be able to sing with Eros!” The mix between Eros’ unmistakable voice and Alessia Cara’s velvety tone is simply perfect.

The second in Per il resto tutto bene features Germany’s biggest star and television presenter Helene Fischer,known as the “record woman” in Germany where her Farbenspiel, was the biggest selling album of all time. A track in which the instrumental texture thickens line after line: a seemingly tranquil intro of piano chords bursts suddenly into distorted sounds, choruses, rhythms and a magnificent guitar solo that bears the unmistakable mark of Michael Landau.

Finally, the duet with Luis Fonsi, the singer who has broken every record and who, with Despacito, became the artist with most views in history. Per le strade una canzone is a tribute to music, to sharing, to the pleasure they find in the good vibrations of the upbeat Latin rhythm, the perfect expression. The track between Ramazzotti and Fonsi was cut in Miami where the two forged a sincere friendship: “Per le strade una canzone is a song that makes you feel good, it puts you in a good mood. It talks about music and going into the streets to celebrate love and to have fun with other people. This is what Eros and I want to communicate, the idea of sharing with all the good vibrations of music,”said Luis Fonsi “I am delighted to have worked with the extraordinary and incredible Eros Ramazzotti, I love him and it was really amazing to collaborate with him.”

VITA CE N’È is the first album produced entirely by Eros himself with Antonio Filippelli and Celso Valli, recordedat Isola Studio, Eros’ historical headquarter. Isola is also home to Radiorama, Eros’ historic structure, led by his manager Gaetano Puglisi and created to produce Eros’ activities but increasingly considered a major music factory for Italian and international artists.

“It is a record that talks about love,” said Eros “it’s called VITA CE N’È and for me it represents a new beginning, a challenge with myself and with time, the desire to leave a decisive mark and to “split”. It is a slogan, a wish, a way of saying “let’s move on” because “we will start again together, there is not just one single direction.””

Lorenzo Jovanotti wrote one of the most intense ballads, in which Eros’ interpretation catches your interest at the first time of listening. In primo piano has the sweetness of the muffled sound of a piano and a set of strings and the perfection of its incredibly poetic simplicity, which culminates in an orchestral score.

Created from the friendship and esteem between the two, In primo piano was a long time in the making and is now the perfect synthesis between Lorenzo’s lyrics and the musicality of Ramazzotti’s best ballads.

In VITA CE N’È Eros collaborates for the first time with Cheope, with whom he reached an immediate understanding and wrote, together with the young singer-songwriter Federica Abbate, a good seven tracks.

With Cheope and Abbate he wrote Una vita nuova, with intentionally minimal sound in the verses which contrasts with the electronic sounds of the refrain, Buonamore, dedicated to Aurora, the most beautiful dedication you could give to any person you love, particularly a son or daughter.

And Dall’ altra parte dell’infinito, inspired by a true story which deals with, as sensitively as possible, the issue of life after life, after the loss of a child. The strings and the piano accompany Eros’ voice in this poignant ballad, where the words, as sharp as blades, hang in a suspended and emotional atmosphere.

With Dario Faini he also wrote Siamo, a memorable and upbeat song that brings with it the positivity of the whole album, the desire and hope for a better future “yet to come”. The intro and outro of the strings that open and close the song bear the unmistakable mark of Davide Rossi, an Italian violinist and arranger for Coldplay (for their very famous Viva la vida), and contrast with the electronic sounds of the refrain.

The album also sees Ramazzotti collaborate with Bungaro, Chiodo, Roberts and Marletta on the ballad Ti dichiaro amore, a true declaration of love and, with Mario Lavezzi and Mogol, old friend and member of Italy’s nazionale cantanti, a football team formed by singers, on the track Avanti così which closes the album with an invitation to move forward in spite of our daily problems and of the passing of time.

Always enthused by the freshest and most contemporary new talents, Ramazzotti enthusiastically welcomes Ho bisogno di te by Enrico Nigiotti, X Factor 2017 revelation, an important song where the sincere admission of needing someone and its confusion unites opposing lives. A true ballad embellished by a line of strings and by a rhythm that gives it great character.

On VITA CE N’È Eros also offers a great opportunity to Paolo Antonacci, son of his friend Biagio, a very young writer who he knew as a child and who wrote the emotional Due volontà. The freedom to be able to decide, to feel safe in a “if you ever want me, I will be there for you…” and the daily choice of conscious love that is renewed, at the centre of this precious lyric, a hidden gem of an album to be discovered track after track.

The album also features a collaboration with one of the most popular writers on the Italian scene: Fortunato Zampaglione, with whom he returns to write Nati per amare the invitation to “chase an emotion”, to let yourself go “with the exhortation of learning to live beyond the difficulties”.

VITA CE N’È is also a world tour, produced by Radiorama and organised by Vertigo/CTS Eventim, which will kick off in Munich next 17 February (already sold out and from today on sale for a second date). After two months from opening the presales of only the European dates and Italian previews, it has already sold 200,000 tickets. Eros’ tour will touch a good five continents and, on 3 December, on the occasion of the tour’s US launch, the North and South American shows will be announced. Eros will in fact be in the USA from 14 May to 26 June when the Vita Ce N’è World Tour will visit cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Rio De Janeiro, San Paolo, Santiago and many others.

VITA CE N’È es el primer álbum completamente producido por el mismo Eros con Antonio Filippelli y con Celso Valli, y se ha realizzado en Isola, el cuartel general de Ramazzotti e histórico estudio de grabación. En Isola se encuentra Radiorama, la histórica estructura de Eros, guiada por su empresario Gaetano Puglisi, y que se fundó para producir las actividades de Eros, pero que se está convirtiendo en una factory de referencia para artstas italianos e internacionales.

Lorenzo Jovanotti firma una de las baladas más intensas, en las que la interpretación de Eros conquista desde la primera escucha. En VITA CE N’È Eros colabora por primera vez con Cheope, con quien nació un acuerdo inmediato y con quien firma, junto a la joven cantautora Federica Abbate, siete canciones.

Con Cheope y Abbate también nació Una vita nuova, con un sonido deliberadamente minimalista en los versos que se contraponen a los sonidos electrónicos del estribillo, Buonamore, dedicada a Aurora, el mejor deseo que puede hacerse a la persona amada, principalmente a un hijo o a una hija.

Y Dall’ altra parte dell’infinito, inspirada en una historia real que aborda con la mayor delicadeza posible el tema de la vida más allá de la vida, después de la pérdida de un hijo. Los instrumentos de cuerda y el piano acompañan la voz de Eros en esta conmovedora balada, donde las palabras, afiladas como cuchillas, viven en una atmósfera suspendida y emocionante.

VITA CE N’È también es una gira mundial, producida por Radiorama y organizada por Vertigo/CTS Eventim, que empezará en Múnich el próximo 17 de febrero (ya sold out y desde hoy en venta con una segunda fecha) y dos meses después de la apertura de las preventas sólo de las fechas europeas y de los estrenos italianos, ya ha vendido 200.000 billetes. El viaje de Eros alcanzará los cinco continentes y, el 3 de diciembre, con motivo del lanzamiento americano de la gira, se anunciarán los espectáculos de América del Norte y América del Sur. De hecho, Eros estará ocupado en EE. UU desde el 14 de mayo hasta el 26 de junio cuando el Vita ce n’è World tour tocará ciudades como Nueva York, Los Ángeles, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Ciudad de México, Buenos Aires, Río De Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Santiago de Chile y muchos más.
