With over 45.5 million followers on social media (making him the leading Latin male artist on Instagram) and his official YouTube/VEVO channel which has garnered over 4 billion views, it is no wonder Maluma will be featured in the panel, Socializing Maluma: How the Colombian star works his social media, during the 28th anniversary of the Billboard Latin Music Conference in Miami.

Maluma has achieved unparalleled success with his Maluma World Tour with sold-out shows throughout Latin America and Spain. As an urban artist, he sold out 3 consecutive nights at Argentina’s Luna Park, 1 night at Direct TV Arena in Argentina and had 3 concerts at Mexico City’s Auditorio Nacional.

In 2015 he released his latest album Pretty Boy Dirty Boy under the Sony Music US Latin label which debuted at #1. In his first year and a half in the U.S. market Maluma garnered five #1 songs on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart. He is the youngest artist to simultaneously hold both the #1 and #2 spots on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart (with “Sin Contrato” and “Chantaje”) and only the sixth act to ever achieve the feat.

The conference which will be held April 24-26 at the Ritz-Carlton in South Beach Fla., will also feature key industry leaders and music stars. Registration to the conference is open at BillboardLatinConference.com with early bird, loyalty and group rates available.

Close to 1,000 attendees are expected at this must-attend event, which once again will feature Q&A sessions and panels with top artists, label, radio, marketing, brand, music service and brand executives. As always, the conference will feature “Superstar Q&As” and marquee sessions like the “Divas Panel” and the yearly groundbreaking “Urban Panel.” Last year, panelists included Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Marc Anthony and many others.
