Hialeah Park Racing & Casino, South Florida’s premier destination for the best gaming and entertainment, will present a free concert by Apache Dragon –in a tribute to the music of Santana– Saturday April 16 on the Fountain Terrace.

Apache Dragon, known throughout the region as “South Florida’s favorite rock/funk/blues cover band,” consists of vocalist Oscar Saavedra, lead guitarist and vocalist Al Mallet, keyboardist Pablo Capote, bass guitarist and vocalist Martin Diaz, and drummer Miguel Cruz.

The musicians of Apache Dragon have developed a loyal and intense following based largely on their deep appreciation and accurate interpretations of classic Santana songs such as Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen, Oye Como Va, Evil Ways, and Samba Pa Ti.

Apache Dragon will take the stage of the Fountain Terrace at 9:00 PM on Saturday, one hour after Hialeah Park’s favorite entertainer DJ El Russo opens the night with music and banter starting at 8 PM.

Concert goers will be able to enjoy specialty foods at the show and the Fountain Terrace Bar will be open to provide a variety of beverage choices.

Hialeah Park Racing & Casino, with entrances at 100 East 32nd Street and 2200 East 4th Avenue, is easily accessible from all major Miami highways. The landmark venue is conveniently located just minutes by car from Miami International Airport, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, and Doral.
