With its inspiring message, the new single by Sony Music artist Diego Torres, titled “Iguales” (Equal), has caught on with Latin-pop fans of all ages. It’s the third hit song from his album Buena Vida (Good Life). Now, it’s accompanied by a music video that is to premiere on Thursday, March 3, on Univisiin’s afternoon news and entertainment program Primer Impacto, as well as his VEVO channel.

Directed by Alberto García with principal filming in Mexico City, this video reflects the wisdom and positive outlook of “Iguales.”

“Iguales” is written by Diego Torres with Claudia Brant and Marcelo Wengrovski, and speaks of everything that makes us unique, yet similar. “En todos hay un poco de Dios, yo soy igual a ti, tú eres igual a mi” (Everyone has a little bit of God in them. I’m the same as you, you’re the same as me.)

Buena Vida heralds the long-awaited return of Diego Torres after a five-year absence from making records. This album has produced the hit singles “Hoy Es Domingo” (Today Is Sunday) ft. Rubén Blades, which was nominated for Song of the Year in the Latin Grammy, and “La Vida es Un Vals” (Life Is a Waltz).

This week, Diego Torres continues making promotional appearances and giving interviews in support of “Iguales”. Recently, he performed for a VIP crowd at the Copa America bracket-selection ceremony in New York. He will soon travel to his native Argentina to perform a series of concerts at Buenos Aires’ Gran Rex Theater.

“Buena Vida” marca el muy esperado regreso de Diego Torres luego de cinco años de ausencia discográfica. De ello se han desprendido los éxitos “Hoy Es Domingo” ft. Rubén Blades, el cual obtuvo una nominación al Latin Grammy en la categoría de Canción del Año, además de “La Vida es Un Vals”.
