-Following the highly expected United States premiere of the soap opera “Camaleones,” the show’s first episode finally aired this past Tuesday. Immediately after, Capitol Latin announced the upcoming release of the show’s soundtrack.
This album is scheduled for market release July 13th, and will include the main songs that accompany this exciting youth drama, which had notable success in Mexico, where it was recorded in its entirety.
The repertoire includes 10 new tracks, such as “Sal De Mi Piel” by Belinda, artist who recently released her third studio album, “Carpe Diem”, and now returns to the small screen in a feature role. Additionally, there are included various songs by PeeWee, who found an opportunity to make his debut as an actor.
Also included are six songs by Camaleones, “Por Unas Palabras,” “No Quiero Verte,” “Una Hermosa Historia,” and “Se Acabó” to name a few. This group was formed while the show was in production, and incorporates the talented Sherlyn, Alberich Bormann, Taide, Juan Carlos Flores, Mariluz Bermúdez, Erick Díaz, Carla Cardona and Ferdinando Valencia.
The soap opera, produced by Rosy Ocampo, will air from Monday to Friday on the Univision network from 3:00/4:00 p.m. -Luego de las altas expectativas generadas por el estreno de la telenovela “Camaleones” en Estados Unidos, el pasado martes salió finalmente al aire su primer capítulo. E inmediatamente después, el sello Capitol Latin anuncia el próximo lanzamiento del disco que contendrá su banda sonora.
La producción discográfica está prevista para salir al mercado el 13 de julio y recogerá los principales temas musicales que acompañan, escena tras escena, este apasionante drama de corte juvenil que ha tenido un éxito rotundo en México, país donde fue grabada en su totalidad.
En el repertorio de 10 temas inéditos se encuentran “Sal de mi piel” de Belinda, artista que recientemente lanzó su tercer álbum de estudio, “Carpe Diem”, y quien marca su regreso a la pantalla chica con un papel protagónico-, además de varias interpretaciones de PeeWee, quien por su parte encontró en esta historia su ansiada oportunidad para hacer su debut como actor.
También se incluyen seis canciones de Camaleones, entre ellas “Por unas palabras”, “No quiero verte”, “Una hermosa historia” y “Se acabó”.
