Los Angeles, CA May 17, 2011 – Zoé, Latin rock’s latest music phenomenon is set to kick off their highly anticipated U.S. tour July 30th at the Nokia Club in Los Angeles in support of their platinum-selling album MTV Unplugged/Música de Fondo. The band will interact with fans through social medial networks throughout their tour.
Zoé will bring their psychedelic eclectic sound to stages across the country where fans will enjoy songs like “Soñé” the first single from their most recent album, “Labios Rotos,” a song written especially for the unplugged as well as hits like “Dead,” “Luna,” “Vía Láctea,” “No me destruyas,” “Sombras,” “Veneno,” “Poli”. The quintet pushed the envelop once again with the recording of their MTV Unplugged and stirred away from creating a campfire acoustic album, instead they opted to give the production a new dimension and used unconventional objects such as a bird cages, chairs and toys as musical instruments.
MTV Unplugged/Música de Fondo, was released in March, 2010 and has been certified platinum record in Mexico for sales exceeding 60,000 copies. The album debuted at # 1 in the country’s sales charts and in the U.S. it reached #7 on Billboard’s Latin Pop albums charts where it remains stable and became the bands highest selling album to date.

10 San Diego 4th and BLos Angeles, CA Mayo 17, 2011 – Zoé, el mas reciente fenómeno musical que haya surgido dentro del genero rock se prepara para emprender su gira por Estados Unidos el próximo 30 de Julio en el Club Nokia de la ciudad de Los Ángeles; el grupo se embarca en esta travesía para apoyar el lanzamiento de su mas reciente producción MTV Unplugged/Música de Fondo y dará un toque interactivo a la gira pues se mantendrá conectado e interactuará con todo sus fanáticos a través de sus redes sociales.
Zoé plasmará su sonido sicodélico y ecléctico sobre los escenarios y su seguidores podrán disfrutar de canciones como “Soñé”, primer sencillo que se desprende de su mas reciente producción, “Labios Rotos” un tema inédito y otros como “Dead”, “Luna”, “Vía Láctea”, “No me destruyas”, “Sombras”, “Veneno” y “Poli”. El quinteto una vez más demostró su amplia creatividad musical con la grabación de su MTV Unplugged donde se alejaron del concepto tradicional de grabar un disco acústico de fogata y optaron por crear una nueva dimensión en la producción al integrar objetos como una jaula de pájaros, sillas y juguetes entre otros como instrumentos musicales.
MTV Unplugged/Música de Fondo salió a la venta en Marzo del 2011 y recientemente recibió la certificación de disco de Platino EXCEDIENDO las 60,000 copias vendidas. El disco Debutó en la posición # 1 en las listas de ventas de México y en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico el álbum debutó # 7 en la lista de ventas Latin Pop albums de la revista Billboard donde se mantiene estable hasta el día de hoy y se convierte en su álbum mas vendedor hasta el momento.
