This news represents a milestone for the music and culture of Argentina and Latin America. Paez, one of the greatest Latin American musicians of all time, is the creator of El Amor Después Del Amor, the best-selling album in the history of Argentine rock. He is also a scriptwriter and director of two films: “Vidas Privadas” and “De Quién Es El Portaligas”. As an author, he has written three books that were published throughout the Americas: “La Puta Diabla”, “Diario de Viaje” and “Los Días de Kirchner”. His concert tours have taken him to the top theaters, stadiums, and festivals in Latin America.

In 2015, he became the first Latin American rock musician to receive the International Master of Latin Music Award from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Winner of five Latin Grammys, he has also won countless other awards and distinctions throughout the continent. His work has been recorded in multiple languages by artists from around the world.
