The international ‘Huevos Revueltos’ tour, featuring two of the indisputable references of pop-rock in Spanish and icons of the 80’s and 90’s Enanitos Verdes and Hombres G, inaugurated in the United States with the first 3 shows sold out, including the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on June 2nd.
With 17,000 attendees present to witness a historic moment in Latin Rock, the groups sang each other’s hit after hit on the same stage. The crowd’s energy remained consistent throughout the entire show as the groups performed new music as well as their hits that brought nostalgia to the older generation, and excitement to the younger generation for seeing their idols perform these immortalized and globally known classics for the first time. Hits such as “Tu Carcel”, “Devuelveme a Mi Chica”, “Luz de Día” and “Lamento Boliviano” featured both of the group’s members while the crowd echoed back the tunes in unison to both lead vocalists on stage.
At the beginning of the year, the ‘Huevos Revueltos’ Mexican leg shows sold out the Arena CDMX in Mexico City with a cap of more than 20,000 people and the Estadio Caliente in Tijuana with a capacity of 22,000, among other great shows. The tour has now been presented with sold-out performances in stadiums in Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Costa Rica with a capacity of 15,000 to 35,000 people. Additionally, it has reached Bogota, Medellín, Pasto & Popayan, Colombia.
The tour is currently continuing through the United States featuring performances in large theatres and venues such as the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, TX on June 14th, the Eagle Band Arena in Fairfax, VA on June 21st and the Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY on June 23rd.
