On Sunday the “Teletón de SER”, an event that has become one of the most important fundraising events of the institution of Puerto Rico, took place at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum. The Puerto Rican singer and hit maker, Sie7e, was in charge of the opening act of the Telethon and interpreted the original song “Me apunto” along with the children’s SER choir of Puerto Rico. The multi-award winning singer and songwriter donated the rights of the original song “Me apunto” to benefit the Society for Education and Rehabilitation of Puerto Rico ( SER).

Later on that night, Sie7e, returned to the stage to interpret “A besos” with the Ecuadorian singer, Mirella Cesa.
Backstage at the “Teletón de SER”, Sie7e thanked Mirella Cesa and Argentinean singer, Diego Torres, for supporting the children of SER in Puerto Rico.

On Saturday night, one of the highlights of the event “Relevo por la Vida” was when Sie7e surprised the audience by singing with his friend Taboo, member of the musical group “The Black Eyed Peas” and Global Ambassador of the American Cancer Society, the worldwide hit “Tengo tu Love”.

Sie7e is working on several projects that will be released during the second half of 2016. Sie7e will travel to Argentina in July to promote his “Relax Tour” which will take place on September 23rd at “La Trastienda” in Buenos Aires, on September 24th he will perform at Montevideo’s “Music Box” in Uruguay and on September 29th he will perform at “Club Subterráne” in Chile.

Winner of the Grammy Latino, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, producer, sound engineer, and Puerto Rican philanthropist, Sie7e, burst onto the music scene in 2011 with the worldwide hit “Tengo tu love”, a song that reached the #1 position on the radio charts in Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica, #2 on the Latin Pop Chart of Billboard Magazine and TOP 5 in Mexico and is certified Double Platinum Digital in Argentina. Bajo el lema “Me Apunto” se llevó a cabo ayer el Teletón de SER de Puerto Rico en el Coliseo José Miguel Agrelot en Puerto Rico en lo que se ha convertido en el evento más importante de recaudación de fondos de dicha institución.
