Last night, the twice nominated and winner of the Latin GRAMMY as Best New Artist 2014, Mariana Vega performed at the Gala of the FAB (Florida Association of Broadcasters), which fosters and promotes the development of the art of broadcasting, and encourages its best practices to benefit the audience and the broadcasting industry itself.
As part of the event, Mariana delighted the audience with hits like No me queda nada, De tu voz and Mi burbuja. Also during the ceremony, Claudia Puig, senior vice-president and eastern regional manager at Univision Radio, was honored with the “Bill Brooks Award”.
After pleasing her fans with a successful season of concerts in Mexico, Argentina, Chile and her native Venezuela, Mariana recently performed in the cities of San Antonio and Houston, Texas, USA, where she was received with great enthusiasm and affection from her followers.
This summer, the Venezuelan singer-songwriter will travel to New York City to participate in the LAMC (Latin Alternative Music Conference), where she will perform on August 9 as part of the acoustic showcase of the conference, which also will feature artists like the Chilean band Astro, Raquel Sofia and Diamante Eléctrico, among others.
When she is not performing live, the songwriter is focused on the creative process and is scheduled to begin recording her new single in late July with successful producer, musician and composer, winner of five GRAMMYS and Latin GRAMMYs, Julio Reyes Copello (Alejandro Sanz, Ricky Martin, Nelly Furtado, Marc Anthony.)

En el marco del evento, Mariana deleitó a los asistentes con éxitos como No me queda nada, De tu voz y Mi burbuja. Además, durante esta ceremonia se reconoció a Claudia Puig, vicepresidenta principal y gerente de la región este de Univisión Radio, con el premio “Bill Brooks Award”.
