“I told the story not because I missed you, but because it was time to close that Chapter,” is how Starla details the meaning behind Love Star’s new album, titled Espectro, and available now in all digital stores. Following the release, Love Star, composed of singer and keyboardist Starla and The Doctor on guitar, will embark on the US leg of their “Turn Your Scars Into Stars” 2016 tour in support of their new album.

“My madness gave me tons of material to write about for this new album. Now I hand the story over to the world through our album,” says Starla when describing the story of Espectro. The album was produced by 16 time Grammy and Latin Grammy winner Thom Russo and will be released worldwide through the label Casete. Limited edition physical CDs are available in Mexico and also at live shows.

The electro-pop music duo Love Star was well received in Mexico, recently returning to Los Angeles after a 2 week promotional tour that took them to different parts of the country. Upon their return, Love Star officially announced through their social networks the next part of their tour, which will begin in Overland Park, KS on July 23 and will travel to 9 States of the U.S.

“Conté la historia no porque te extrañé, sino porque ya era tiempo de cerrar ese capítulo“, es como Starla detalla el significado detrás del nuevo álbum de Love Star, titulado Espectro que a partir de hoy ya esta disponible a la venta. Después del lanzamiento, Love Star, compuesto por la cantante y tecladista Starla y The Doctor en la guitarra, se embarcará en la etapa estadounidense de su gira “Turn Your Scars Into Stars 2016”, en apoyo de su nuevo álbum.

“Mi locura me dio un montón de material acerca de que escribir para este nuevo disco. Ahora entrego la historia a el mundo a través de nuestro álbum“, dice Starla cuando describe la historia de Espectro. El álbum fue producido por Thom Russo ganador de 16 Grammys y se dará a conocer en todo el mundo a través de la disquera Casete. Discos físicos de edición limitada estarán disponibles en México y también en los conciertos.

La música electro-pop del duo Love Star, fue bien recibida en México, de donde recien regresaron a Los Angeles, después de 2 semanas de gira promocional que los llevó a distintos puntos de ese país. A su regreso, Love Star dio a conocer oficialmente a través de sus redes sociales la primera parte de la gira por EEUU que comenzará en Kansas City el 23 de julio y recorrerá 9 Estados de la Unión Americana.
