“Sticky Fingers” by THE ROLLING STONES has been reissued

The wait is over! Sticky Fingers, one of the most revered albums in the storied catalogue of the legendary Rolling Stones, is re-released this week in a variety of special formats .

The Deluxe Editions of Sticky Fingers feature previously unreleased material including the alternative version of the chart-topping single ‘Brown Sugar’ with Eric Clapton on slide guitar which was recorded as part of an impromptu performance at Olympic Studios. Plus unreleased interpretations of Bitch,  Can’t You Hear Me Knocking and  Dead Flowers; an acoustic take on the anthemic Wild Horses, and five tracks recorded live at The Roundhouse in 1971 including Honky Tonk Women and Midnight Rambler.

The Super Deluxe Boxset which features a real working zip on the cover, also includes Get Yer Leeds Lungs Out!, the complete live show from the 1971 tour recorded at the University of Leeds that features two never before heard live tracks. Also part of the Super Deluxe Boxset is a carefully put together 120 page limited edition book recounting the making of this classic Stones album with an extensive essay, embellished with previously unpublished images of the band and lavishly illustrated with metallic gold ink throughout plus Brown Sugar / Wild Horses; 7 vinyl print poster, 4 postcard set and mini replica of band cut out.
