SESAC Latina will honor the accomplishments of its songwriter and publishers at the 2018 SESAC Latina Music Awards—Latin music’s most exciting night of the year—on Wednesday, May 23, in Beverly Hills, California.
The 2018 SESAC Latina Music Awards will award its most performed songs of the year, including Song of the Year, Publisher of the Year and Songwriter of the Year at the exclusive gala where the industry’s artists, publishers and record company executives gather for an unforgettable night of celebration, comradery and great musical performances.
Last year’s performers included Jencarlos Canela, Erika Ender and La Séptima Banda. Each year, SESAC Latina has created some great surprises for the big night and last year, for the first time ever, created the SESAC Latina Crossover Song of the Year 2017, which was awarded to Nicky Jam for “Hasta El Amanecer.”

SESAC Holdings’ subsidiaries are some of the most well-known companies in music licensing and administration.
SESAC’s Performing Rights subsidiary is the second oldest and most progressive PRO in the U.S., the only PRO to pay monthly radio royalties and was the first PRO to pay songwriters and publishers for live performances in venues of any size. Its affiliate roster includes Adele, Zac Brown, George Clinton, Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, Kings of Leon, Randy Newman, R.E.M., the Kurt Cobain estate and many more.
