By The Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA) For His Latest Album “A Quién Quiera Escuchar”‏

The iconic Ricky Martin was awarded a Platinum record by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for his latest album “A Quién Quiera Escuchar”, which has sold over 100,000 units in the United States and Puerto Rico.

The commemorative plaque containing the Platinum record was presented to the artist by Afo Verde, Chairman and CEO Sony Music Entertainment Latin Iberia Region, and Nir Seroussi, President of Sony Music US Latin, on Friday, July 24, 2015, in Miami.

About “A Quién Quiera Escuchar”:

The tenth studio album by Ricky Martin debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart and has produced three Top 5 singles: “Adiós,” “Disparo Al Corazón” and “La Mordidita”. Produced by the Colombian composer, arranger and pianist Julio Reyes Copello (Marc Anthony, Jennifer López, Nelly Furtado), this album is also certified Platinum in Argentina, and Gold in Mexico.
