The international superstar, Prince Royce has earned recognition from The Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences for his work with his album FIVE with two Latin Grammy nominations in the categories: Best Contemporary Tropical Album (FIVE) and Best Tropical Song (Deja vu). The 18th Annual Latin Grammy Awards will air live on November 16 from Las Vegas.

His smash hit featuring Shakira, “Deja vu”, has broken records internationally and is one of Royce’s most successful singles to date. Its official music video has garnered over 250 million views on YouTube/VEVO and continues to be a favorite amongst streaming platforms. “Deja vu” has obtained several international certifications and has been a chart topper in radio throughout Latin America and the US. The hit single reigned at #1 on Billboard’s Tropical Songs Chart for 11 consecutive weeks and remained on the Latin Airplay’s chart Top 5 for 15 consecutive weeks, making it one of the most played songs on radio in 2017.

Royce, who recently completed the first leg of his successful FIVE TOUR in the U.S., announced that he will be running the TCS marathon in New York City on November 5, 2017, to raise funds for two causes that are of great importance to him: The National Kidney Foundation and Change for Kids. As part of the training, Royce participated in the Bronx 10 Mile this past weekend and will also run the warm-up race for the NYRR, ½ Staten Island marathon on October 8.
