This is the first album for the Dominican born singer-songwriter.
This first single “Un Día De Esos” has spread virally and become a social media hit.
Singer, songwriter and musician. Born on January 5, 1989 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. From an early age his passion for music was present, first playing various instruments in church where his father is a minister and growing to be part of the choir of the same.
In 2006 he meets producer Dan Warner, beginning a friendship that inspired Warner’s desire to guide Eliacim, serving as mentor and assuming a leading role in the first steps of his career.
In 2010, Eliacim makes the decision to move to the city of Miami where he meets acclaimed producers: “Los Gringos” Dan Warner & Lee Levin (winners of multiple Grammy and Emmy awards, who have collaborated with a universe of artists ranging from Madonna, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Celine Dion, Mika, to Ricardo Arjona, Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Eros Ramazzotti, among many others) and collectively they decide to undertake the arduous process of recording what will be his first album , slated to be released in early 2013, under his own label: Beautiful Cinco Records. “My beliefs are clear. As an artist, there is nothing more important to me than having creative control of my product” said Eliacim.
Eliacim is creator and composer of all his songs. “Composing is essential for me, it’s one of the aspects of my job that I love most. A very personal process that I like to develop alone, although in the future I would like to collaborate and learn from other composers whom I admire” , Eliacim shares.
Composing is Eliacim’s life and truest talent, immediately becoming evident when signed by Sony / ATV Music Publishing in 2011, to commercialize his compositions and additionally expanding into writing sessions for various artists whom are recording songs of Eliacim (including: Luis Fonsi, Amaury Gutierrez and Samo, of the succesful group: Camila).
The debut single from the first winner of “Idol Puerto Rico”, Christian Pagan, titled: “Desde Que Se Fue”, was an Eliacim composition which, upon its release last September charted for several consecutive weeks on the charts of the most important source of the industry, Billboard magazine.
