The Chilean singer-songwriter Francisca Valenzuela adds a new song to her already well established musical catalog, titled “Ya No Se Trata De Ti”. The new single which premieres today November 2, is a modern and confessional ballad, that serves as a second musical advance to what will be her fourth studio album, scheduled t drop in 2019.

“You left debris / you left demons / circulating / now I look at their faces / I tell them they are not so much”, sings Francisca, in a song that is fragile and strong at the same time, and that talks about liberation and self-improvement and the process to grow and rebel against the past.

Francisca Valenzuela transmits the raw emotion through a naked vocal performance with intimate and empowered lyrics, which are a characteristic of the singer-songwriter and activist.

“Ya No Se Trata De Ti” was produced by Vicente Sanfuentes, Fernando Herrera Bastidas and Francisca Valenzuela. The song was recorded in Los Angeles and mixed by Matty Green (Dua Lipa, U2) and mastered was done by Gonzalo “Chalo” Gonzalez (Mon Laferte, The Three).

This new single will be accompanied by a video, to be released during the next days. The video clip was directed by Francisca, after her debut as director in her most recent video “Tómame”.

“Ya No Se Trata De Ti” follows the hit “Tómame,” the first preview of her new album, song, and video that had an incredible reception among the audience, specialized press and her peers in the music industry.

“Tómame” gave way to a tour in Chile during October – the Tómame Tour Chile – which included live performances in Talca, Punta Arenas, Antofagasta, Concepción, Coquimbo, Viña del Mar, Gran Arena Monticello, Quillota and the recent opening of the Shakira show at the National Stadium, where Francisca presented an innovative and unforgettable performance!
