Bomba Estéreo and Will Smith have released the official music video for their “Fiesta (Remix)”, available now exclusively on Apple Music. The video was directed by Carlos Pérez and filmed in Los Angeles.

Smith, who initially discovered Bomba Estéreo during a recent visit to Colombia, fell in love with the “electro tropical” style that Simón and Liliana are known for and was thrilled to collaborate.
The original track “Fiesta” is currently nominated for “Record of the Year” in the 2015 Latin Grammy. Billboard described “Fiesta” as a “party anthem dripping with bass and champeta” while The Guardian (UK) called it “as much of a heater as they’ve ever released.” “Fiesta” is featured on the group’s latest album Amanecer, nominated for “Best Alternative Music Album” in the Latin Grammy.
Rolling Stone says: “Musicians from all over Latin America are fusing old school folk sounds with modern electronic and rap styles… the leaders of the scene are Bomba Estéreo.”

Smith conoció a Bomba Estéreo durante su reciente visita a Colombia y quedó fascinado por el estilo “electro tropical” con el que los integrantes Simón Mejía y Liliana Saumet son conocidos y estuvo entusiasmado de poder colaborar.
La versión original de “Fiesta” está nominada como “Grabación del Año” al Latin Grammy 2015. La revista Billboard describe a “Fiesta” como un “himno de fiesta desbordado con bajo y champeta”, mientras que el rotativo inglés The Guardian la nombró “lo más ardiente que jamás hayan lanzado”.
